Actually, everything was fine, but they don't
Freezer in the mini fridge, and do not have slippers for the customers of the four-star hotel.

I have stayed in other Novotels but this Novotel in Berlin does not meet the standards of Novotel.
While the staff was very friendly the rooms had issues with AC not working properly, bathroom had issues with sink as water would not drain from it.

This hotel offers a complete package of friendly service, great breakfast options and good sized rooms and bathroom. Although the rooms are a bit dated (furniture, non-smart TV), they were comfortable and the rain shower was nice.

Clean and good location to get to sites if you don’t mind a 15-30 minute walk. Uber/cab service good. AC decent (it got up to 104 degrees at one point.
Would stay again
