The staff was so helpful in explaining areas of Rome and options of things we could do. Everyone was kind given our broken Italian.

The hotel is really clean, staff is really nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Location is very good. Highly recommend it.

Spot was well centre. U can walk to rhe colusseum and ither attractions

Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and slow

When I removed my keycard from the slot that keeps the lights on, the power to the outlets also went dead so my phone went dead and my alarm didnt go off.

Great location. Helpful staff and nice breakfast offered for a fee. Rooms were clean and very nice.

Wonderful hotel, close to a lot of tourist spots, like the colosseum, staff were very kind and friendly and provided great service, the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. It was clean but the bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning, there was a lot of water residue, water spots. Overall it was good hotel, I’d recommend it!
