Amazing staff. They were attentive, proactive, and helped us with the millions of questions we had about the city!

Beautiful hotel, convenient location , nice clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and it’s conveniently located to get around by train/metro.

The family room was perfect for all five of us. Had two rooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for multiple teenagers to get ready. The place was so clean, the staff amazingly helpful and pleasant, and over all I was very happy with this hotel.

Great location. It was very hot when we were there and there is a complementary drinking water urn. However it was often nearly empty or out of cups when we wanted it (mid afternoon onwards). Not happy about the 3% discretionary staff tip charge when you check out. You can ask for it to be removed but I feel it is emotional blackmail adding it to the bill so that you have to ask for it to be removed. Particularly as we rarely asked for room cleaning or new towels for ecological reasons.

Old rooms with a bit of mold and paint falling from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Great location!

Lovely stay!! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed and a bonus was that I was given a huge balcony which was lovely to enjoy sunsets and sunrises on. The air conditioning was amazing to come back to especially at the height of the summertime heat. The only negative I would say is that there wasn’t an iron in the room but I was able to call down and have one in addition to an ironing board delivered up to my room within a short timeframe which was helpful because I was in somewhat of a rush to leave. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed three nights when we arrived much earlier they provided room right away. The location is closer roma termini station and everything is well accessible. The staff and service is excellent.

This hotel is really close to the train station. This is the reason we stayed there. The room is okay and clean, though, in my opinion, the facility is a bit dated. This what we expected from the price and location.
