Clean room, lovely lobby and bar area, helpful staff

The hotel was in. Great location. The room is a good size, bed very comfortable and I love the well designed bathroom. The only complaint I have was I asked multiple times that they would honor the $29/day credits from my reservation plus their own for skipping housekeeping for room cleaning. When I requesting payment receipt upon checkout, the front desk indicated I would receive it via email. When I finally got the receipts, none of the credits from Expedia nor for skipping their housekeeping credits. I still have not called the hotel about the issue yet.

Great stay

Roads were packed and it took almost an hour to get valet parking. Frustrating. Everything else was perfect.

Would highly recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again.

It was not a great experience. The hotel was a zoo when we arrived. We could not get our car parked due to a loud, drunken wedding spilling into the valet area and lobby. In the room, several lights were it working and the roof loudly rattled all night from the A/C. In the morning, we waited half an hour for the valet to retrieve our car. Overall, the place looked old and tired. Not worth the price
