I loved that it was walking distance to the convention center. And they Irish pub connected had really good food.

We loved our stay at the Windsor. The location was excellent, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Alan, who kindly helped us with our luggage when we stored our cases. He was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you

The AC did not work and it was making too much noise. The beds were also noisy.

Visited for a music festival. Great stay.

Traveling with family ( small children) during the World Cup. I had to call multiple times for towels. Was offered a pack and play that never arrived. I assume the poor customer service was due to the overwhelming amount of guest due to the World Cup. Bathroom or kitchen did not match the pictures. Both were extremely small. Need to post updated pictures that show quality of all rooms

Wonderfully helpful front desk staff! The TV in the bedroom was tricky to figure out for us, and overheard another person mention that the TV didn't work for him either, but it was okay. We also had a hard time with the heat but did ask for extra blankets and had them hand delivered quickly. It was for an overnight birthday trip and the front desk staff gave us some drink vouchers which was very kind. And chocolates! I'd give it a 3.5/5 with the staff being the true highlight.

There was considerable construction in the lobby and it was inconvenient to deal with. The room was clean but smelled terrible.
