奥克兰国敦大酒店 (Copthorne Hotel Auckland City)

the room we had was below par by a long way, dated furniture, shocking state in the bathroom , broken floor and wall tiles, shower drainage of is missing , shower needs urgent rebuild , its looks like the handyman threw the grouting / silicone on the tiles ,door surrounds rotten / mouldy , if we hadn't of paid before hand we would have walked, but accommodation was at a premium this week end. all other staff and restaurant staff and food was good. had high hopes for this place but not to be.

Good breakfast, great room, nice helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay, our room was by the elevators which was a bit noisy but other than that everything was great

Staff were helpful and friendly rooms ok but a bit outdated

Nice people working there ,updated front of desk but room could do with a bit of love but nice place to stay

Breakfast kai was kapai

Lovely staff, they were super helpful

Nice enough for my one night stay before flying home. Good location to walk into main areas of Auckland. Room clean and tidy.

The room suited our needs. It was clean and tidy with the basics supplied. Location was great for the event we were going to. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Room carpet was very pool and mould in the corner, air condition was were lound and not effective. Car parking spaces were good and friendly staff.
