Took about 30 minutes to check in. But overall this is a good hotel. Easy parking. Easy entry. Close to the city. And comfortable. Breakfast is nice too.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great place to stay with children - they loved the pool. The breakfast buffet was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Room was lovely and clean, our power point didnt go, but they fixed it during the day. Heated pool, sauna and gym were great facilities.

We enjoyed our stay, but please note contrary to the property description there is no spa pool onsite. Pool and sauna only, the pool is only slightly warmed. Kids loved it though.

We’ve stayed several times only 2 weeks ago and great service unfortunately this time with the two rooms we booked together the Fridge Wooden Door was broken in 629 and the Robes were not in the rooms. I phoned at least 9 times from our room to Housekeeping and Reception and never got through. But when I called from my Mobile I eventually got through for the Robes same thing on checking out. Not at all acceptable bad service.

Good value for money breakfast and friendly service staff. Pool and changing facilities need a lot of work to bring it up to standard
