Stayed during the World Cup championships. Proximity to the celebrations was epic.

Excellent rooftop pool

Ya no ponen refil de agua potable, desayuno súper básico.

Clean and excellent location. Nice spacious room

Nice clean room, big enough to be comfortable, good size bathroom, the staff very helpful. Within walking distance from many attractions. Definitely will come back.

My favorite in Madrid

Always a fantastic experience at the Emperador! We've stayed there every July for the past 6 years, and are already planning our stay for 2027! Recommended!

Great people Great location

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emperador! The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was incredibly comfortable. The staff was amazing. We arrived very early after a long international flight, and they were kind enough to get our room ready so we could rest instead of waiting until the regular check-in time. We really appreciated that it made a huge difference after such a long journey. The location couldn’t be better, right on Gran Vía, with everything within walking distance: restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transportation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

Clean room and very helpful staff
