It was great to be able to check in before check in time Charging for bags shouldn't be done since bags are left in the communal space for anybody to rob Room was very hot but the air con in the room was very helpful Check the shower doors in room 32, they don't fully align when closed More staff are needed at breakfast time. Due to the layout of the breakfast room you can be missed by staff. Signs should be put up to say fill out forms for breakfast. Staff need to listen or read carefully breakfast requests. Otherwise comfortable and quiet

Great location. Gave us a fan because there was no a/c and they were having hot weather at the time which was appreciated. The location was convenient and close to a bunch of dining and shopping options. We stayed with four kids 5-12 and felt safe and would highly recommend.

The front desk staff were so helpful with maps and directions Breakfast was good Hotel room for 5 wasn't too cramped and location was fine for what we wanted to do in london.

Tiny room barely held the 2 thin twin beds. Tiny shower. Breakfast was nice with $ for add-ons like eggs or sausage.

Positives: staff were lovely Negatives: room like a prison cell, bed creeky, mattress wafer-thin, absolutely red hot, shower was just a dribble, unbearable noise from neighbouring rooms

Location was great, breakfast was basic but good. Room was clean and warm.

I liked it, clean and helpful staff in a great location
