I need to share photos with you instead of social media. You are as much to blame and held accountable as the property itself. How can I share photos??

bring own toilet tissue, tooth brush& tooth paste

Shower was faulty. More water leaks from the unit than the shower head. Ironing board present but no iron. Tried to contact the staff through Expedia but didn't get a reply.

The building itself is kept so dirty but the room it’s decent

Upon opening the door of the accommodation we were immediately struck with a very unpleasant smell. Although the room appeared clean, the smell remaines in the room throughout our stay (1 night). The room was also very small for 3 guests and felt very cramped.

Awful Please don’t waste ur money here Bedbugs Broken shower Dirty bedding Very bad

Location was good. Loved the self-check in and access via key code on the door handle. Could have used some soap in the room for washing hands, that’s my only vague gripe. But otherwise, a good single bedroom for the price I paid.

Do not book this place. There are so many reasons NOT to stay here. First, they claimed we would have a double bed and a queen bed. We walked into a full bed in a loft and the smallest sectional couch imaginable. Have a suitcase? Don’t even consider it. There’s no room anywhere to open it. There’s a balcony and that’s awesome! But the problem is the couch (or the double bed I guess) is in the way of the door to open it to the balcony. The places smells. The walls are covered in who knows what. The toilet was left with streak marks in it. We stayed in here for maybe 10 minutes before deciding to just eat the charge and book somewhere else. I own up to the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking, so please don’t do what I did. I will also be contacting Hotels.com to try to take this place off or at least make them advertise it more accurately. I guess the only good side is its convenient location to the tube and Hyde park.

The access was via codes and the code to me room did not work. No one answered the phone and it was not staffed, so I had a very uncomfortable time trying to get any response which eventually came via WhatsApp. I did not feel safe waiting to get in.

My two friends and I had a great stay. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and helped with our needs. The room was a good size, and the toilet was clean with a nice hot shower
