It's a nice resort rooms are little bit out dated the furnitures were really old. The best part was the kids club my son really enjoyed it. The staffs were really nice and they do lots of fun activities with the kids. Andy at the kids club was really nice and went out of her way to make sure my son had great time. Over all it's a nice place. I just wish there was more restaurants option. Total 4 places for dinner every night they keep one close and one them is only adult so you only have 2 restaurants in option and wait is long due to that.

We loved sitting on the beautiful beach, listening to the waves hit the sand. Note, you can not go in the ocean, waves are way to strong.

We had a lovely time. Property was a bit smaller than other resorts but it worked for the time we were there and for having small children. The kids club was amazing! We loved the staff so much. Also entertainers were incredibly special- from the poolside to night shows. Food was average but with decent variety. We would totally come back

We just got back from Dreams Los Cabos and had a great stay! The pool was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We also appreciated that the staff wasn’t overly pushy with membership offers, which made for a more relaxing vacation. The only thing we felt was missing was more nighttime entertainment and shows compared to other resorts we’ve visited. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and if they knew your name, they Sani’s my name. One evening, I had to get dress while the hose keeper was in my room. I shared that my room was fine and while I was gone, she returned and cleaned the room. One concern that I had was there were no public television so I had to retrieve to my room to watch the finals.

This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive.

It was a great place, just like I remembered 10years ago. Our room was ocean front and newly renovated with beautiful taste. Bordeaux and Italian restaurants are a must. Didn’t care for breakfast buffet, eat at seaside grill. We were celebrating our anniversary and everyday they had a surprise in our room for us. Overall I would rate it a 10 for the amount you pay. Great place to stay and recommended!

I was very disappointed with my stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or met with poor attitudes, which made the experience frustrating and far from relaxing. Customer service is a major part of any resort stay, and unfortunately, this property fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others looking for quality service.

Unless you’re a golfer this resort is not for you. There is nothing to do other than the pool and eat and drink. The staff is attentive - kudos to the unlimited staff especially Edgar he was great!!! Our maid was great refilled everything and changed our beds and towels. Now the food - NOT the best for the cost of this resort! No taste. Cold. Trying to be too fancy - just serve the food. Also it’s geared as a family resort- the kids should NOT be at the swim up bar in the pool. Too many kids.
