There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair. Weird, small and uncomfortable.

Comfortable, clean room. It had everything we needed. It was a bit difficult to identify the correct building upon arrival and know how to enter as there was no signage

Thank you for your hospitality. The unit was a perfect size for the four of us. Location was perfect for us. The AC was a lifesaver with the 35+ temps we had.

Bad advertisement. Property completely different from advertized. Overexpensive. No cleaning crew. Zero communication.

We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 3. The accomodation was everything we needed. They have a washing machine and dryer that you can you use free of charge which is fantastic. The accomodation is in a lovely area and walking distance to the Paddington train station, food outlets. Would definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff. The apartment was a bit small for the cost. Close to Paddington though.
