New hotel with wonderful decorations and facilities. Amenities were sufficient, staff were friendly nad helpful

The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid.

It’s a stunning property with incredible staff and amenities; very thoughtful to the tee! I’ll definitely return again if visiting Hangzhou. It’s the kinda hotel you can truly rest and reset. Really enjoy the interior too. The bed is very comfy!

Most beatiful hotel - even though most rooms are obstructed by tall trees (government requirement) to have views of West Lake, the 360 degree views are available at roof floor - a must in the evening when the whole Lake and distant city become enchanted.
