马卡蒂市中心阳光塔套房酒店 (Sunette Tower Suites Makati City Center)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Sunnette is a hotel in the Heart of Makati. It is a place I go often because the price are really good, and the horal, without being modern and super hightech is fine suit my need very well.

The supposed penthouse needs total refurbishing. It is so outdated that you feel like you are in a horror film. Tye master bedroom’s aircThere are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 shower for 7 guests to share. We have to clean the wash basin as it has hair and false eyelashes on top. I requested towels as only 4 towels had been given but were told by the receptionist that they would still be requested. In the end, we didn’t get it. The pillows are stained and still need to be requested for pillow cases. Basically, they didn’t take notice of the cleanliness and the numbers of guests to provide the necessity in the room. So, we decided to cancel the booking for May.

It was the great location which is very accessible to key places like the malls nearby like Century City Mall and Powerplant Mall, though you would thought this is situated in the very vibrant place nearby Makati Ave and Poblacion but was able to tolerate due to we were assigned to one of their room in the 23rd floor so noise on the nearby lively streets at night was not bad luckily on our part being on the high floor. The staff were the ones that stood out mainly from their security guards, receptionists mainly Michelle who is very helpful on our concerns during our entire stay and most of all the housekeeping, maintenance & laundry staff that did took great care of our housekeeping and laundry needs when we need fresh linens and towels, maintenance guys for any troubleshoot needs to our room..these guys are awesome!Although the hotel needs a major renovation itself and needs to update their amenities with regards to their kitchen wares and equipments, wifi is not working on our room so have to end up purchasing a wifi device to get by during our stay or else we will be dead to unplug on our entire stay😩, requesting a more decent bedsheets rather than a crisp plain white bedsheet which reminds me of my work everytime I lay on my bed since I work in the hospital😅 instead of getting me the vacation vibe but was able to manage somehow as we were blessed to be surrounded with their great staff that has always a positive polite attitudes which make their guests stay wonderful!

All of the above ⬆️

Clean

room was not available and got a downgraded room had a lot of problems key would not open door half the time had to get staff to open no hot water plumbing issues after 2 days finally got room i paid for but no microwave in room kept asking until check out but they said we are getting you one it but never showed up

Nice & roomy.. Lots of electrical outlets & good lighting. Nice view from the balcony... Didn't like the cockroaches in the kitchen..

Recommendable place to stay. Excellent and spacious. We surely comeback and stay again in the future.

I like this place very much. It has everything you need. I was ill and needed a place to recover for a week. This apartment was perfect. Good value for money. Balcony. Kitchen for cooking even a rice cooker. Tv with movie channels. It feels more like an apartment or airbnb than a hotel but still has private security and thats good. The other hotels i had to wait for the elevators in long lines but not here. Yes the building feels a little dated but value wise its the best. Its a comfortable and practical place i would return to.

Hotel was run down old.Bathroom tub flooding the bathroom floor cause crack on tub.
