Have stayed here multiple times over many years. As usual, the service from team members was professional, friendly, and on point.
Raven, Lea and Angel (and others whose names I do not recall) were awesome. The guards are excellent and super helpful as well. The lobby bar is renovated and quite comfortable. The room we got was fantastic.

I like the fact that the room had a microwave and a kettle for brewing hot water to make tea. This has been harder to find over the past decade. Overall a comfortable place. I do wish that maintenance would pay more attention to loose items like the toilet seat, which would slide to one side when you sit on it because it isn't secure.

很好 Water for the shower was warm at best. Elevators were a bit wonky, as if they didn’t communicate with each other. There were only two, and a service elevator for a 20 story building. The add-on breakfast was pretty good. You could order a breakfast meal and they also had unlimited soups, toast and fruits. Overall not a bad experience. The staff were great!

This place was ok, it’s good for someone looking to stretch their money. My only small gripe was the kitchen is bare empty. It should come with some pots and pans. Asside from that everything was a good budget buy

The staff is one of the main reasons i come back to this hotel. Always accommodating. I stayed at a hotel around the corner it was a 5-star hotel, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly so i stop going there.

Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
