Very central location and close to tube stations. A compact room but had everything we needed - full size hairdryer, mini fridge, safe and most importantly working air conditioning which was so welcome as we stayed during the heatwave. Cans of water were replaced daily and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room too. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but everything else was top class. We would definitely stay here again😊

We arrived early and room was ready which is always a bonus to me. I was promised a room with a window through previous email communication. Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful. Breakfast was good, area clean and plenty to choose from. Checkout was easy. Thank you for a fab stay and we will be back if we need a room for Hyde park events.

We ended up having to move rooms at 11pm as the air conditioning had broken in our room, which was disappointing for an expensive hotel.

Fantastic place to stay if you are ever in Marylebone. Easy location to hop on the tube or bus into other neighborhoods as well. The staff was very accommodating and friendly

This hotel will label you as a "no-show" and sell your room to someone else without any notice if you do not show up on your check-in day. If you have flight delays, or any travel issues stopping you from showing up on your check-in day - they will sell your room and if fully booked up have no room for you despite having pre-paid.

Clean and helpful staff

Great staff! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. My room was clean. Spacious room considering this is a hotel in London.

Positives: Clean; warm; air con; windows that open; stylish; location; quiet; dark room at night*; quite fridge; lock box; easy shower operation (wonderful one-button); ambiance; luggage storage post-check-out; welcoming. Negatives: Too much technology in rooms (not all seemed to work); not enough coat hangars or hanging space for 2 (the long drop area housed a large ironing board); tiny storage cupboards in hard-to-access places; insufficient space around all three sides of bed to allow for normal walking; nowhere to put suitcase; pointless pouffe taking up valuable space; hard mattress and hard pillows (thought to be soft by staff); *bedside phone lighting up several times in the night disrupting sleep; newly painted bathroom already suffering peeling paint; overall for the price this was smaller than anticipated. In summary there were pros and cons of staying in this hotel. Space and comfort for the price point were not good value, but the staff and a number of other elements were.

This was my second stay at this property and it was like the first. All smiles and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning. The cleaning staff cleaned my room every day efficiently. The check in and check out was quick. I'll definitely be coming back.

The voco is an outstanding hotel located just a few minutes from Paddington Station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is close to many fine restaurants and pubs. I look forward to staying there again.
