Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

surprising check in at the bar and figuring this out took some time.

we arrived just as the bar was opening and too early to check in so the staff held our luggage for us so we could wander around the city. i would say the only negative is the 3 flights of stairs with 4 suitcases was a lot but its the city and to be expected

The staff here are sweet and so accommodating. My mom has a walker and instead of having to lug it up four flights of stairs they let us store it on the ground level. Housekeeping was neat as a pin and I would stay here again any time.

Very cosy and nice room on the second floor above the pub. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good location near the Tube station and several bus routes. I would stay here again

Rooms were lovely, food down stairs was very nice with a good selection of beverages

This room was a surprise. Above a pub it was a fantastic location in Notting Hill and it was a wonderful room. Well appointed with a great bathroom. The staff were friendly on our arrival and got us into our room early. Comfy bed and very clean

It was mostly fine. The room was comfy. But - - the hotel didn’t respond to messages in advance - it’s basically a noisy sports pub - beds are firm - funny smell in one of the rooms - not like the room pictured. Generally it was OK. But prob wouldn’t return.

We’ve had an unpleasant staying. Our towels and bedding looked like washed but not clean. There were many patches on them and it’s simply not hygienic. Our nightmare was the party in the bar down under the accommodation. They’ve said the music is off at midnight but it wasn’t and was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Nobody warned us about that. I’m really disappointed
