Realmente me gustó que está muy limpio y muy bien ubicado restaurantes, villas si necesidad de recorrer distancias muy largas, no me gustó que en cuanto llegas haces tu checking te presionan al máximo para que vayas a sus tiempos compartidos, como molestan con eso, son muy acosadores por favor dejen de hacerlo uno va a pasar unos días de descanso no necesita estrés en la vacaciones y todavía se enojan si no agarras sus tiempos compartidos y sobre todo te prometen lo que no van a cumplir

满意 The overall stay was okay, but the food was not great. The views were amazing, facing the ocean. The rooms were clean, and Jorge was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay.

The pool on the deck in the villa was to cold.
A jacuzzi would have been better. To much Seaweed on the beach and had a bad odor.
Staff was great ulianna in the buffet was awesome and very friendly. Ocean view from the villa was awesome except for the seaweed

El lugar es muy lindo y cómodo . El cuarto estaba muy limpio todo el tiempo gracias a la gente de limpieza . Todos los empleados muy amables y serviciales. El buffet particularmente a nosotros no nos gustó , siento que podrían mejorar en eso. El restaurante Italiano Andiamo fue el lugar que elegimos para desayunar, almorzar y cenar excelente la atención y la comida. La cafetería que estaba cerca del buffet muy buena también. Todos los días hay actividades y shows muy buenos , el personal de entretenimiento es excelente . La playa es muy linda , bastante espacio , sillas y servicio de meseros .

This is an amazing resort. There needs to be another dinning option but everything and everyone was amazing. Check the seaweed before you go but there's nothing the resorts can do about it during that time.
