This is an excellent property right on the beach, rooms are slightly dated but they were fine. Breakfast is excellent, staff are awesome, location can't be contended.

A good hotel located in the heart of Sanur with easy beach access and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool being tucked off the main beach walk, most places had pools right on the walkway. The hotel was older but in decent condition - clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great offering western style food and local options depending on your appetite. Everyone was so helpful and it's the people that make the experience.

Our room was big and clean. Once near bathroom decor looked aged. Bathroom definitely needs updating

The Hotel has great staff and a good location, the deep pool was clean, the kids pool had a yellow ting to it but I think was clean. This seems like a resort for older people which is fine- relatively quiet. The main issues are the bathrooms both in the rooms and near the pool- definitely could use some upgrades, even just a new clean shower curtain for a few dollars would help and a new toilet seat. The breakfast was not good, cold food everyday and the coffee is really bad( we had great Bali coffee at our first hotel) the only thing that was good was the watermelon.

Obstructed beach view. Shops out front. Great Warung, close to all amenities a great location. Food highly rated, the Sindhu is a little dated, but well worth the experience.

Rooms are outdated and need work to them. On arrival the bed had rat poo. I know it was a rat because he paid me a visit a few hours later. I asked to change rooms and staff were helpful. No rats in the next room. Area is noisy and cats meowing into the night. Close to shops great location. Overpriced I thought. Pool closes very early which was an oversight

Internet was fine, staff were friendly, but the trainees should have supervision at breakfast overseeing what they were doing as they appeared to be left to their own devices & struggled. At breakfast some fruit wasn't ripe, yet they kept putting it out each day. The room towels were all old & appeared dirty, the pool towels seemed to be in better condition. A/C & TV channels were all fine. Very handy location but try to get a room further away from the front bar music. The room is dated & the bathroom could use a renovation.
