We have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but a central location to the ferry and airport. Breakfast is great and the bar is located perfectly for catching up with local friends. Well priced hot value!

The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price

Place is very nice. If you want people to stay at your lounge lower the prices a little bit

The room was not properly prepared or checked before our arrival. Basic amenities were not functioning—for example, the kettle was not working, and we had to call early in the morning to get it replaced. We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided. Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue.

I love the hotel, the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible! I can highly recommend it!

Yes I believe it's good for all ages. There is a hot tub indoors and is fairly hot. Very enjoyable.

Rofsom was very clean . Staff very helpful . Breakfast excellant .i so appreciated management refundinv me when i decided i would be like to be closer to thd beach .

Much loud construction going on

Room was dated and cleaning not 100% (not removing rubbish, hairs on towels etc) however the staff were AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. Area was ok - on par with the rest of Bali. We felt that this hotel would be absolutely fantastic if it wasn't for the rooms. They let the property down. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious both breakfast buffet and a al carte evening meal. Bar served stunning drinks particularly the iced teas. Our driver (hotel arranged) was amazing, nothing was too much and he was very knowledgeable on the local areas. Some small areas of improvement to the rooms, for example replacing the stained and cracked bath tub for a nice shower or even a clean tub and investing in a water filtration system rather than having to walk to the end of the long hall for get water would be really elevate the hotel.

The room was clean and the hotel had good facilities, including a gym and local shuttle bus around Sanur. Very friendly bar staff.
