Paid over £250 for a rather basic hotel - the room was fairly average. Staying for work but no iron, asked at reception at 2pm when I was going out, was not delivered to room as promised, tried calling to reception and no answer, tried using WhatsApp and no response either. Charged tourist tax on top too. Really over priced.

The air in our rooms were fine as there's a thermostat on the wall for your convenience. The staff Willy was polite and inviting.. There was an issue in one of our rooms to which the mattee was resolved.
