米兰圣希罗埃狄尔酒店 (Idea Hotel Milano San Siro)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Il est pas si pire si vous aller pas rester longuement à l’hôtel parce que il est loigne de presque tout on dorer dans le désert

Receptionist was very polite and helpful, breakfast was great. Looking forward to come again in the future

Breakfast was good but hotel is outdated and in poor shape. Matresses are not property covered/protected and this could lead (if not already) to serious bed bug infestation. Staff was vey kind specially in the lobby and super helpful. The bulding and insfracture should match the personnel kindness and service.

Usually the hotel is for schools students

Excelent breakfast😀

Shower area is dirty. Dust everywhere smells bad overall very dirty.

Everything was great

i had an aweful stay bugs in the bed, never cleaned my room no fresh towel, no physical phone for wake up, no heater, window had a smal opener we couldn t close it and its -3 degres rude stuff very noisy due to soccer event i will never pay for this 5.9/10 they down scored him i requested a change from the first night

Young Male receptionist was very rude. Hotel does not match description. Dirty and smell of weed at the entrance

Heater not working properly, towel heater not working, sink a little clogged, rooms are in poor condition, noise in the others room you can hear everything. Very low quality and staff tried to help, but too many issues.
