I don’t have a bad word to say, the hotel, staff, location were all great. Especially the staff I must say, wonderful bunch! Istanbul has been on my todo / bucket list for a long time and after staying here it still is because I’d love to go back again. Extra mention on breakfast - the perfect start to every day, something new each morning and always delicious! Thanks !!

Really good property located in a central location.

Clean rooms Gym needs to be open longer and better lights in the gym . Remove some clutter from the gym too much in a small space .

Great hotel, great location and walkable to a few attractions

Not bad but small. Sometime they ignore refile the tea station. I have to ask. Under the bed and inside the dresser a-lot of dust. The dresser door stuck with one of the bed. The chair next to the table can not be used due to space issue. The did not change the bed blanket dailly. They said evey 3 days.

Close proximity to the major tourist attractions

Location is good. Staff is helping.

The room was excellent. Clean and spacious. Staff was super nice. Brought extra waters and fruit plate which made a big difference in making us feel welcome. Our room on the top floor had a view of the Bosforus on the one side and Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosqie on the other. It was romantic to have turkish tea with a view in the morning and at night. The only complaint was that the sauna did not work and one of the jet showers downstairs. We were able to indulge in turkish bath, however. Overall, great location and enjoyable stay. Would come back.
