Amazing staff & nice boutique hotel. Loved it & will be back!

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Hudaverdi, the Manager and his staff did an amazing job to make me and my friend very happy. We felt like family. The masages were also amazing. If I could give this hotel another star, I would have definitely done so. Thank you all and looking forward to staying with you again.

Beautiful staff and stay!

This hotel was great but a lot of misinformation listed on your site about it like having a roof top restaurant and there was no such a thing. They did have breakfast buffet. Also they charged us a hefty amount after we got there because they thought the suite was reserved for two people . Who reserve a 2 bedroom suite that supposedly holds up to 8people like that? (Paid an extra $2400 for the extra 5 people we had).

This hotel was great! Staff was helpful upon arrival, rooms were clean. We were only here for a short time so we were not able to take advantage of the spa but we would stay here again!

Staff really was great. Sometimes hard to communicate with, being American. But they tried their best. The grounds are ok. We had the 2 bedroom suite.... plenty of room for a family of 5! One room didn't have AC the whole time and 2 nights before we left, ours went out too. They were able to get that room fixed the next day. The room keys always shut off. The included breakfast was ok. Very scattered on the food selection. They were painting for most of the time we were there so they are definitely trying to maintain the property. The cleaning staff was great and very accommodating. If you've never been to Istanbul - just a side note: this is the more expensive side and you get hassled A LOT by restaurant owners. It was too much and extremely annoying. So not only are you being hassled but you are paying double what you would if you walked 10-20 minutes. And if your room is facing the main road, it can get noisy at night with bars right across the road.

We had a wonderful stay at GLK Premier Regency Suites & Spa and would gladly stay here again. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to help, from the front desk team to the ladies preparing breakfast and the staff who cared for our room each day. They truly care about their guests, and it shows in the way they operate. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Istanbul’s historic sites on foot. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. While it is not a large buffet, there was a nice variety of options, and they would even prepare eggs to order. We also appreciated the kindness shown when we arrived early in the morning after our flight. Since a room happened to be available, they allowed us to check in right away, which made a huge difference after a long journey. We were happy to pay for breakfast that morning since it was before our official check-in. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our first visit to Istanbul such a memorable experience. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

If you a food fanatic like me this hotel is in the best location , the street is full of restaurant and bars so you are literally spoilt get ready to be pulled by each restaurant staff to try their cuisine. Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful, breakfast is ok nothing to shout about, location wise cannot fault it Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia just 5 minutes walk and less then 10 min walk to Sulthanahmet tram station, Hotel arranges excursions and cruises with pick up and drop off from the hotel which is plus point. Plenty of Supermarket , souvenir shops around. Hotel has its own Spa must recommend their Sultan Massage a truly rejuvenating experience. Thoroughly enjoyed!!!

This hotel is perfectly located close to all the famous attractions. Hotel was nice and clean The reception staff were extremely helpful and kind I will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again
