Perfectly decent basic hotel. We only stayed one night didn’t mind the trains at all found it regular we live in NYC. Definitely on a hot day can imagine it gets stuffy but otherwise gets the job done. Was clean and straightforward. Staff was lovely.

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, fully aware that our room likely wouldn't be ready yet. We dropped off our luggage and spent the day sightseeing. When we returned, the young woman at the front desk was very friendly and told us our room had already been cleaned and was just waiting for inspection. She explained that the staff were on lunch and estimated it would be about another 30 minutes. An hour later, we checked back with the front desk. A different employee simply told us the room still wasn't ready. He didn't ask for our name to check the status, offer an update, or apologize for the delay. After waiting another hour, we were finally able to check in. After a long day of traveling and exploring the city, the lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night and chose this hotel because it was the closest to the port. While the location was convenient, the service left a lot to be desired, and we will likely choose a different hotel next time.

The train next by prevent me to sleep the rest is ok

The staff are amazingly helpful, part of the reason I chose to stay here a second time on my trip. Don’t be put off by the railway station being close (it’s a good thing), the rooms are very well soundproofed.

Great location and super comfortable beds. We were there during a heat wave and while we understood air conditioning isn’t a typical feature, it would have been great if fans were available to help move air. Easy check in and check out.

It's in a very convenient location, next to train station. It's easy to walk to Copenhagen central location. The room is clean, staff is helpful. We didn't order breakfast, as it's a short walking distance to nearby convenient store.

Great hotel, near to train station and metro. Rooms are good, comfy beds. One size of the hotel is asking the train line but the hotel provides earplugs and it didn't bother us much

Great stay for us; we booked a room at the rail tracks side but we are deep sleepers so trains passing were no issue for us. If you are a light sleeper, book a room at the opposite side. Awesome breakfast, great location. The ladies that checked us in and out were very helpful.

On site Parking could have been better. The private parking lot was very hard to find.

Staff were super helpful, I arrived early and they helped me store my bike in its box so I could go explore as I was too early for check in.
