Good stay

Very nice hotel, large room, comfortable bed, only free parking is on the street over night only so be prepared to pay$25 a day parking

Property was close to the features we wanted to visit or easy to get to main roads for driving. Kitchen facilities were excellent, car park was a little tricky to get into as the card reader is on the passenger side so if travelling alone you would need to get out of the car toscan the card. Spaces were wide enough and car park wasn't super squishy.

The room and location were great, including an amazing strong shower. Studio was small but sufficient. No guarantee for a parking space. We had to park on the street. Reception was ok - a very small space, that becomes very crowded very quickly. Our check in person needed to take a class in customer service. He was a bit jaded about the whole thing, spoke from what seemed like an script, in a monotone voice, bored and couldn’t care less if we didn’t get parking, or when I asked if we could get a higher room. I wondered if they were using AI, but then realised AI would be friendlier, and more interested in guests’ wellbeing. But overall, the hotel was fantastic. Apart from our uninspired check in dude.

Very nice room and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the river and several nice cafes and restaurants.

great location & very clean etc.The only small pain was the slow lift...

The apartment was excellent! Clean and spacious. Also the location is so central and was very beneficial for our family holiday.

Great location: eateries and bars nearby, walking distance to museums and galleries, public transport nearby (on the bus route to and from the airport, close to Lake Burley Griffin and Mount Ainslie, and an easy 25 minute walk into the CBD

I enjoy the winter trees in the courtyard.
