Room was clean and in good condition. Good room design, such as the night light in the toilet. Nice water features, pool beds, and infinity pool. Pools are open 8am till 8pm only. Breakfast had a decent spread: I liked that there was sourdough bread and yoghurt, as well as rotating local dishes such as kueh and beef tendon. There was a RM200/pax BBQ on the beach on Fri & Sat night. Approx 15 min walk to the middle of Cenang beach. Consider renting a car to enjoy Langkawi’s nice scenery and relaxed traffic (a Perodua Myvi worked well for this pair of Asian folks).

Great breakfast choice,rooms spacious, lovely view, balcony was very good size with ceiling fan and lights, minor issues shower could do with being more powerful and air con although very good felt a bit damp at times, the hotel is great location on the beach with watersports all beside hotel, restaurants were good although as per normal can be a bit pricey if eating at hotel, free parking if car hired and room service is great.

Inconsistent service at cassia restaurant and in room dining.

Amazing hotel

Very nice hotel. We had the balcony view of the beach. Staff were friendly, helpful and serviced our room well. Great area, easily accessible to everything. Dinner on the beach was nice and the restaurants there were great. Good food, excellent breakfast. Would stay there again if I ever return to Langkawi.

We had to book the Park Royal as a last minute booking the night we got to Langkawi due to a bad experience at another resort. I was able to book and get to the resort within an hour, and myself and my husband were amazed how beautiful the place was! The room itself was spacious, with a balcony with a handy clothes drying rail built in, the room had all amenities needed - an iron and board, scales, hair dryer etc. everything was clean and tidy. . The shower was great, with the rainfall top and we liked that the shower and toilet were separated. The breakfast was great, a huge selection of fresh and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed this! Overall had a great experience here and would highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our room. The room was spotless and staff, particularly Tomshim, were all very accommodating. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Great hotel, location and facilities. Lovely staff. Nice gym. Needs a refresh a few areas. Would recommend.
