Every thing was perfect just a full length mirror was missing in the rooms .Would appreciate if rooms were updated with a full length mirror either inside the cupboards or on a wall.

Well located hotel near to Cenang Mall and the beach. Friendly and accommodating staff at front desk and lounge. Nice environment and comfortable room.

Very friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, great bar and pool

We arrived a day late due to missing our flight, and the Hotel kindly gave us some credit to use in the bar, which was really kind of them. Staff were really friendly, very good location. Only downfall was that the bar shut early at 10pm.

Booked this hotel 9 months before our stay, selected a superior room with balcony, when we arrived we were given a tiny room with no balcony or terrace. We went back to reception and complained and they gave us another room, it was better but not a great view, overlooked the coach park at the back. The pool area was ok, got sun most of the day but there are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests staying. People were placing towels on the beds to 'reserve' them while they went off for to have breakfast or to go shopping, this is so annoying. The gym was quite good, enough equipment to get a decent workout, but they didn't put clean towels out everyday. The room was very lacking in storage, one wardrobe with a few hangers, no shelves or drawers so had to live out of our suitcases as had nowhere to put clothes. Plus points, good location and quiet enough to get a good sleep.

Lovely hotel on a great site in the heart of Langkawi. Shops, eating and beach close by. Initially we were allocated a room on the ground floor with not a lot of room and one narrow window overlooking an access road. We were very disappointed. After some discussion we agreed for a 5 day stay this was not acceptable and we would either check out or pay for an upgrade. We spoke to Andrew on reception and he listened and resolved our concerns. Agreeing to a move the next day - as it was late. The process was undertaken seamlessly the next day. We had a pool view and a fabulous room. I can’t thank him enough - he was exemplary. No fuss just excellent customer service. No extra payment required either. The layout of the hotel and breakfast etc was excellent. Sunbeds were a little scarce but we always managed to get one. There is room to add extra beds and that should be considered. So don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Go for a pool view if possible, breakfast also is a must.

We were promised a 1pm checkout but was told on the day we had to vacate at 12.30 latest. I had gone shopping and fekt very frustrated as i had to rush getting a shower . No clear communication on that point and very last minute
