• Keep your ticket intact during the trip. No refund or replacement is available for any lost ticket
• Each person must have a bus ticket; you cannot share this bus pass with other travelers
• Once the ticket has been exchanged, even if it is before the period you will begin using it, it cannot be refunded
• No refunds will be accepted even if the bus services are canceled or delayed due to any accidents, weather, or any unforseen circumstances
• Make sure to read the Eligibility Conditions of the Tohoku Highway Bus Ticket before you purchase and exchange your voucher for a physical ticket

If your first ride is from the Airport:

• If your first ride is from any of the airports listed below to a specific destination, you can get on the bus by presenting your reservation confirmation or a printout of your reservation confirmation email.
• Please note that you will not be able to get on the bus without a ticket after the second ride
