Rất tốt Thr room I booked had an issue. They placed us in a similar room and removed some charges for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. The desk staff members were very friendly. Mahalo.

Tuyệt vời The rooms were clean with shampoo and body soap. The morning starts off with a simple breakfast of rolls, coffee, cereal and special juice. The Guava was our favorite. We had beach towels and chairs for the beach. The staff was outstanding friendly and helpful! It was close to restaurants and beach by walking.

Dưới mức trung bình Despite the staff being friendly and helpful the hotel is outdated and the room was quite unpleasant. Water and electricity were questionable and challenging to use. The hotel room was also outdated and in dire need of remodeling

Dưới mức trung bình Old rooms. No parking our entire stay. Breakfast was yogurt and cereal. Hotel staff didn’t know much about parking situation or how to help. Overcharged me and had To dispute a billing issue. AC barely runs in the room, Showers were dirty. Good location that’s about it.

Not as the pictures showed. The smallest pool. I have seen hot tubs bigger than that. I felt like I spent entirely too much money for what was offered. The Valet Michael was the best attribute to this hotel. A Refund for both rooms would be nice.

1st off the pictures advertised is false advertisement, Secondly I paid $334 a night for 8 days for a hotel like this its trash had ants crawling around the room .I didn't get the room I paid for .Also the extra fold out beds were so worn you can feel the metal. Had no Ac the whole time .The furniture was outdated . My room wasn't ready upon arrival.. Was told by staff tht I can go to the beach and they'll take my luggages after a 15 hour flight. I will not recommend staying at this hotel . THe breakfast is horrible and milk was spoiled. I took a major lost for my 1st time in Hawaii. I was told they'd give me $200 which was not fair never received it.I was told I would have a beautiful view. My view was a dirty street with homeless ppl sleeping and drunks fighting and cursing throughout my nights .They placed me at bottom floor level which made it even worse. Don't waste your money on this place .Expedia don't give and refunds no matter how horrible the experience was..I worked hard to save money for this trip my kids complained saying this dirty motel and stayed at my family's hotel. My heart was broken 💔 😢

The lobby area was nice, the staff was nice, and they offer continental breakfast which is also a plus. The room was okay, had a damp almost moldy smell to it. A little outdated and dust build up on the closet doors. Apparently cleaning staff only come every 3 days…

This place is good for families and those who want quick access to the beautiful beach. It is in a wonderful location, and only cost a fraction of the total for other resort spots. We’d def stay here gain. The staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel provided decent accommodations for the price, but the continental breakfast left much to be desired. One aspect that stood out was the behavior of a particular employee, an older gentleman responsible for luggage. We encountered him several times in the elevator and at reception, where he exhibited inappropriate behavior by attempting to flirt. On one occasion, he appeared intoxicated and made us feel uncomfortable with his lingering stares and overly familiar conversation.

The property didn’t have the room air conditioner working. It’s was a hot night. The Tv didn’t work . And I ask for change the room and did have nothing available.!Also not parking lot. So it was a fiasco.
