Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!

Rất tốt The hotel is well decorated and recently updated. Location is 5 star.
However they have some guest rooms on the basement with no natural light which is weird. And the basement hallways stink of an unbearable stench.

Perfectly located for us right in the centre of Earls Court. The hotel was clean although we did have some blood on our bathroom mirror, which the staff cleaned off promptly. The room was very small and only had 1 chair. The bed was pushed up against the walls on 3 sides but was very clean and comfortable.
The in room facilities were a little stingy as there was only 1 coffee or tea each with only 1 biscuit each. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good but the shampoo dispenser was impossible to use.
We didn’t have breakfast here but it did look good. The best part of our stay was the staff who were very attentive and friendly. Overall it is a perfectly placed hotel set up more for individuals than couples due to in room facilities, generally very clean with brilliant staff. 👍

We switched to the Cura from another hotel that was unacceptable. We were so relieved to stay here; it was clean, comfortable, and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially Americans who are used to the included amenities like coffee pot in room and air conditioning.

Dưới mức trung bình Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay here if you are solo on business and just need a place to crash.

Check-in was difficult due to being in the bar area when there was no staff. Problem in room required two calls to address and told the wrong check out time. Room was good and hotel was modern and clean.
