It was clean and convinient location near Incheon International Airport.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated. I think what I disliked the most was that the bed was not comfortable- you could tell it was an older mattress. Overall, it was convenient as it was very close to the airport, and there it station right next to it that has like a monorail straight into the airport.

Good stay and close to the airport. Easy shuttle too!

Nice

The staff was very friendly and got me checked in in less than 2 minutes.

Close to Incheon International Airport. Quite, though. Shuttle service to the airport provided.

The exhaust fan in bathroom was not working at all but repair staff said it is working normally. This is incorrect as evidenced by not movement of the fan when the bathroom combo switch was turned on and also evidenced by mold on the ceiling because of poor ventilation resulting from the faulty fan. Room 529.

The view was really nice. Very good buffet setup and breakfast variety. The entry point to hotel was really clean and updated. Reception in very good condition. Guest bathroom in the lobby was really clean and tidy. Props to house keeping. Keep up the good job! The overal experince was ok but there were a few things i didnt like. For example my reservation showed 3 guest in the reservation/with breakfast. When i arrived at the property to check in i was told only 2 breakfast were included. I was told if i wanted the 3rd person in my party that i already paid for to eat i had to pay a fee. So lets just say according to them i only paid for 2 ppl put of the 3 to eat. So yes i sat there during breakfast and let both my kids eat. Its sad that they refused to acknowledge my reservation. I spoke on site to floor manager kylie and she said in order for us to all eat we had to pay the extra fee even though my reservation said breakfast included for 3 ppl. The room overal was ok. The bed was well made and clean. The only complaint was that the walls are very dirty needs a fresh coat of paint and they should really invest in getting the curtains and rug washed since they were very stained and dirty. Besides those inconvenience the hotel is ok. Management should make sure they update their policy and fees so they dont over charge customers.. i will attache pictures so managers can address accordingly.

This is an excellent choice for anyone who has a super late arriving or super early flight and needs to stay near the airport. It is really close by (short 6,000 won taxi ride or free shuttle) and the property is quiet. I also opted for the breakfast buffet (6:30 to 10:30) which was really helpful as I was jetlagged and it makes things easy. The food is good. You can also order in room dining if you want. I also wanted to thank the staff members immensely because I lost my wallet at the restaurant and they found it and kept it safe. I don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t do that. Thank you so so much! If I ever need to stay near Incheon again I will definitely come back! Thanks
