Close to train station so very convenient. Room is spacious for a family of 4 and clean. Bed is comfortable. The bathtub is largest we saw in Italy so far of 4 hotels we had been through. Within walking distance to the Duomo, David’s Museum, and Palazzo Vecchio. Many shops, mini markets, and restaurants just outside the hotel. We have the back room, so it is very quiet. Nice Air Conditioner. Overall, highly recommended. You will be very happy with the stay.

So the room itself was fine, except the whole place was infested with mosquitos. We woke up to dozens of bites over a 3 day stay, and I killed well over a dozen mosquitos while there. Also the wifi is spotty, and the bathroom was so small it was difficult to maneuver at all. Finally we were not informed that we would have to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. For young people that’s fine but I was traveling with my mother who definitely would have struggled with that had we not been there. I also asked about holding on to our luggage for the day after we checked out before our flight and they said no problem. But what they meant was you can leave it unsupervised in the hallway so anyone with access to the place can take it. Overall, I would not recommend them at all.

Clean spacious room, clear communication and helpful staff and very conveniently located. Will definitely stay here again .

Great bedroom for families, clean bathroom with a good shower, no door between rooms for privacy. Small fridge and coffee maker. No microwave. Safe inside building, but street not the best and parking very difficult. We had to park 15 minutes walk away.
