A group of us reserved several rooms for several nights' stay, and they were all clean and tidy. However, 1 of the rooms had water leaking under the sink, and it took 2 days to be fixed. Also, 1 of the rooms' toilets was too small, and the tower rack's screws were not tightly fixed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the shopping area was nearby.
In general speaking, this boutique hotel was good for travelers who are looking for budget accommodations with good service and breakfast provided.

Emrah wan an excellent welcoming host. My sister’s room was decorated on arrival for her birthday which was very much appreciated.
Breakfast had some hot options with a typical Turkish vibe.
Location was fantastic - walking distance from all the main tourist spots.
A very enjoyable stay in a bijou hotel.

5 stars is genuinely not enough for this hotel, from the staff to the location…the went above and beyond for our stay…on my the day of my daughters birthday they went above and beyond and had a cake for her birthday at breakfast…more than helpful in helping plan tours and genuinely made you feel like family

Very old hotel, room smell so bad from the bathroom water very slow .

Easy check-in with friendly staff who made me feel like I was at home away from home. The breakfast had a pretty good assortment of options, and they will cook to customize if asked. It was very close to many of the popular attractions. Most were walking distance and one was a quick tram ride. The hotel is about 40 mins from the airport and longer if rush hour but once you arrive at this hotel you will be glad because this location is so safe and walkable! The hotel also, gave a clean boutique vibe.

This is one of the great stay we ever had in Istanbul! The room was spacious, the view from the family suit and roof-top breakfast area was just awesome. All the people were very courteous and helpful. We would love to go back and stay longer at this beautiful place which is so close to restaurants and great attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar and Topkapi palace. All are walking distances.

The hotel is very clean, tidy and well maintained. It’s located very centrally which helps specially if you’re traveling with a baby. Great breakfast and excellent staff! 9.5/10
