Tuyệt vời We loved this hotel! It was close to almost everything, with things like Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square about a 10-15 minute walk, and the added plus is the Walgreens right across the street. The rooms were cleaned everyday and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with storing our suitcases and helping us around the city. The leisure areas around the hotel were awesome and very fun! I would 100% stay here again!

Tuyệt vời Would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our room was ready upon arrival so we got to check in early. Room layout was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free water and coffee/tea in the mornings. The location is prime. Walking distance to most attractions. Cable car and bus line very close too.

Rất tốt Great location within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and the cable cars and bus lines. Valet parking prices are outrageous though!

Tuyệt vời Amazing hotel experience!! The room and hotel were extremely clean . The location was perfect. We could easily walk to most locations that we visited. And the others were eaisly accessible by public transport or a short uber ride. The frint desk and concierge were extremely helpful and pleasant. The infused water and lical experiences that they provided each day were amazing. My kids 12& 14 loved the deck with ping pong and other games as well as the board games in the upper lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book for our next trip to San Francisco

Great visit. Friendly, helpful staff, well-appointed room, and a quick walk down to the waterfront. It was short trip so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of their fun offerings (sourdough tasting, walking tour…) - next time!
