Fabulous from the moment we checked in. Check in was quick efficient and we had a room upgrade at no extra charge. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, incredibly spacious and pretty much perfect. The breakfast was the best I have experienced in a long time, everything was well cooked with quality ingredients throughout.
Quality of the linen and toiletries was excellent. Honestly a fabulous experience from beginning to end.

Location of property was excellent - it was near the train station and near to center of town. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable

Rất tốt Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient.

Amazing location! Extremely clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a family room and I’ve never seen this concept in a European hotel before and our family loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Pillows Hotel was perfect for us and our stay in a fantastic city. It is located in a great place, just a 5 minute walk from Gare Centrale, and so you can jump on a train to Ghent or Bruges or explore Brussels. The staff were so helpful and even our early check in didn’t cause a problem. I would fully recommend a stay at Pillows for a city break in Brussels!

Hotel was in a convenient location being close to train station and most attractions within walking distance. Bed was very firm and rooms just okay for the price. Elevators and hallways do not make a good impression. Both are shabby and don’t seem clean. Mixed reviews on staff. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful but his colleague who was working later in the day/evening was condescending. Would not stay again.

It was a beautiful room. Very clean and loved that it was close to everything we wanted to experience. We enjoyed dinner as well. Highly recommend and would definitely book with Pillows again.

Our room was very clean with a large bathroom. It was a short walk to the Central train station as well as to the Grand Place.
