I booked a 4 night stay and left after the first night. Our room AC didn't work, we called to have it fixed they sent up maintenance before he left he advised us to close the blinds to get the room to cool off, it was 11:30pm. The room never cooled, my grandson got a nose bleed due to the room conditions. So we left/checked out. we didn't get a refund as I booked through hotels.com but it was OK my grandson health is more important. The casino games had a limited selection. The "unhoused" outside the hotel is ridiculous. Everything inside the hotel was closed early at least before 9pm. If you don't mind old, outdated, no air, and random unhoused individuals go for it. The parking was free but there was one way in and one way out. If your vehicle is over 6"7' then you can't park there. It was very sketchy so take everything, leave nothing as I dont believe it's monitoring. They appeared to have a adventure dome for kids but it was not open when we got there. The room view was also nice. We could see the "ball/ sphere".
