Great view of Kuala Lumpur. I was on the 29th floor of 37 floors, and I loved my view during the evening and during the day. The pool which is on the 37 floor is beautiful and the room was the right size. Wonderful staff, very helpful lining up transportation for me and answering all my questions. In fact, the staff was the best part of my experience, friendly and knowledgable. It is about 45 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included although there was a cafeteria area to purchase a few snacks & breakfast items. Also, I was disappointed that there was no service for channels on the TV. I could have connected to my computer, however. The location of this hotel was perfect, walking distance to a mall and several small restaurants. The 7 Eleven was right on the corner, so convenient. Checkin and checkout were both easy. Busy place, but very organized. This area of Kuala Lumpur has a safe feeling.

For the price, the hotel suites basic needs. Nice bed, clean room, good air conditioning, hot water. However the refrigerator does not work well and barely kept anything cold. I needed it for my medication and it did not keep it cold. There is also no ice machine available. Other than that the location was convenient with the Pavillion Mall and lots of restaurants nearby. A great value.

The elevators make you wait forever and the twin beds are extra small. Besides this the hotel was the best with a very beautiful view. The sitting area on floor 37 was spectacular.

Location is great with walking distance to pavilion. A lot of restaurants neaby with great breakfast and some drinking area. Recommended. Only down side is the lift of the hotel sometime may take longer than expected.

The staff are friendly but need to have more knowledge about the areas nearby when asked. I guessed they might be driving or riding to work daily but it is necessary for them to know about their public transportation system.

Booked this hotel for the infinity pool and location. When we arrived, we found out the infinity pool was closed for repairs. It’s no good finding out when you arrive, we should have been told before so we had the chance to cancel! I’m sure that’s the plan, get you there and deal with the issue then. Also took us 4 room changes to get the right one. From a funky smelling couple of rooms to the excessive noise from a concert in the street that went on till 1:00am. Overall, not a great experience.

Great room, amazing views. Wasnt aware that the pool was shut for maintenance until we got there, would have been nice to have known before check in

New and near bukit bintang and city centre. Room is clean and fresh. Nice view of the TRX. Downside is that it's crowded so anticipate a bit of a wait upon check in and lift.

Hotel is in such a convince location. Most of the major mall are walking distance such as TRX and Pavilion so you won't have to worry about taking a cab or heading back late.
