Dịch vụ hành lý

• Hành lý quá cỡ và/hoặc hành lý phát sinh sẽ chịu tính phụ phí. Xin trả các phụ phí trực tiếp cho Nhà điều hành
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the luggage is too big and heavy or if it is not the normal travel luggage. In this case, no refunds will be issued.
• Please leave your luggage before 09:00 upon delivery from the accommodation to the airport.
• In case of delivery from your home, please pass your luggage when delivery manager visiting between 09:00 and 14:00
• In case of delivery from the airport to the accommodation, please leave your luggage by 13:00 at the airport. Luggage can be collected at the accommodation until 20:00.
• purchasing and reservation must be completed by 17:00 one day before the day of use

• Đối với giao nhận hành lý đến hay từ khách sạn, hành lý của bạn sẽ được nhận và giao bởi nhân viên hành lý của khách sạn
• Đối với giao hành lý từ khách sạn, bạn có thể để hành lý tại khách sạn sau khi đã chụp ảnh hành lý và biên nhận gửi hành lý. Tài xế không nhất thiết phải đến nhận hành lý vào đúng thời gian bạn gửi hành lý tại quầy hỗ trợ của khách sạn
• Nếu hành lý của bạn không đáp ứng các yêu cầu pháp lý, vẫn sẽ bị từ chối dù bạn đã đặt thành công. Khách hàng sẽ chịu mọi tổn thất, trách nhiệm pháp lý và hậu quả xảy ra
• Vui lòng kiểm tra hành lý khi nhận. Vui lòng chụp ảnh nếu bạn thấy có gì đó không ổn để được tư vấn bởi nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng. Sau khi hành lý được xác nhận đã nhận, dịch vụ sẽ hoàn thành và nhà điều hành sẽ không còn chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm nào với hành lý của bạn

• For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, Safex staff will meet with the customer directly at the site to collect and deliver the luggage.
• Luggage must be sealed and locked
• Items designated as illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items in the luggage cannot be included
• Please select the package type based on the baggage size
• For luggage deliveries to Airport / Seoul Station / Express Terminal or East Seoul Terminal, you can pick up by 20:00 on the day (In case of non-collection on the day, extra storage charges will be incurred)

Luggage Delivery Descriptions:

• This is the lugguage delivery service through Safex in Seoul.
• It is available from airport/train station/bus terminal to accommodation, from accommodation to airport/train station/bus terminal, and from accommodation to other accommodation including hotel and Airbnb on the same day.
• Now, after you arrive in Seoul, don't go to the hotel to put your luggage down and start your trip right away.

After you leave the room, take a light trip and come to the airport on time for the flight.

Luggage Size Regulations:

• S/M: Under 23 inches. H 63cm, W 41cm, D 27cm (example: rucksacks, shopping bags, bags, suitcase carried in the cabin, Boston bag, etc.)
• L: 24-27 inches. H 70cm, W 47cm, D 30cm (example: the suitcase is not allowed on board, etc.)
• XL: Over 27 inches. H 80cm, W 54cm, D 63cm (example: golf bag, snowboard, etc.)
