Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Villa Sofia Viterbo was absolutely exceptional! Staff were incredible and room service exceptional. Clean towels bright white everyday! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the garden a true oasis to relax. Breakfast Wonderfull! We felt at home — or even better! Thank you, Villa Sofia, for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return! 💫 Thank you!
