Great hotel. Very well located. Room was massive for European standard, room AC was great. Very clean and had kitchenette to make a meal in. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Great hotel to stay, definitely recommend!

Property is very spacious and comfortable to stay at. Location is great, short walk from Duomo and Academia, only 5 minutes walk from T2 tramway taking you to Peretola Airport and Firenze S.M.N. railway station. Great restaurants and good grocery shops are a few steps away. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Air-Con is superb.

Comfortable small apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Very nicely updated. Fairly basic breakfast provided at a restaurant across the street. Would recommend.

This is an apartment/hotel room. It is clean, quiet with a great, extremely professional staff and clear communication and expectations. They change your sheets, towels and clean the room every day if you want them too. Very comfortable bed, pillows and crisp, clean sheets.

The room was very spacious and clean as advertised, was very close to the main tourist areas including a very short walk to the Duomo. Great hotel!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. A delicious continental breakfast provided across the street. Location was perfect for all attractions. The area felt safe. Plenty of restaurant choices and markets. Great communication from staff.

Awesome staff and location. It was a little noisy at night but not too bad especially considering it’s great location. Pillows were thin for us and the sheets were rough. Other than that it’s a 5 for me.
