Great location in Ginza close to the metro, great rooms, very clean and comfortable bed. Good Italian restaurant in the lobby too!

The Hotel itself was very nice, clean and well located between or near three stations. We had little to no interaction with the staff so there's not a lot to comment on. They were friendly. I will say that the rooms were very compact. They had everything we needed except space. Luckily for us, we had three other hotel connections and were able to use the Royal Park as our hub or go between.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Tokyo. We were travelling with an 18month old, so needed a room which was spacious to fit all our luggage. Our room was indeed that and was beautifully laid out. The property was clean and in an excellent location. About 5-10min walk to a few metro lines. There are plenty of restaurants in the Ginza corridor to choose from for dinner if you want to stay close and a 7-11 only a few buildings away. The lobby does transform into a bar/club of an evening which we were a bit concerned about re noise; but we couldn’t hear a thing from our room. Overall excellent stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Hotel room was super small, amenities were very mediocre. The club lobby basically turns into a club at nighttime so just something to be aware of with small kids. You can’t hear it in the rooms though. Pillows and blankets very uncomfortable. Location however is fantastic.

The room was clean and the staff were really helpful. The central location helps with travel. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast was slight disappointment having visited another Royal Park Iconic hotel in Shiodome just 800 metres away with a much better breakfast selection. This breakfast was lacking in fruit/vegetables, and coffee from a machine was extra...just drip coffee available. Otherwise all in all a good experience.
