Hotel was beautiful, the gardens, the staff and the room all amazing. Rooms are super spacious and luxurious. Staff beautiful and friendly. Food from the hotel restaurants was also as high quality as everything else. Overall one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at

Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!
