Great staff and lovely breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was clean and the location was next to the Duomo. The negatives may not be an issue for some travelers, but the noise from the square in front of the church woke us up many times each night. I used noise canceling earbuds to help get sleep. The neighborhood has a collection of homeless people that argue at all hours and choose not to use the portable toilet provided. Not sure how the issue can be addressed but it was a concern at night when returning to locked gates and entering passcodes in the dark. The staff made the stay a positive and Napoli is a great big noisy place with lovely art and history. We would return because it’s well worth the visit, challenges included.

Not luxury, nor value unless one must see the Duomo. Bathroom could be cleaner and in better condition. Entrance not easy and frankly, creepy. Loud at night and bedding was meh. Over priced for what it is and for a breakfast that is basic. Check in was not easy and had we known, we would have booked another property. The emails and expectation to announce exact arrival and whether one would have real fast weren’t welcoming.

The hotel was perfect. Rooms were lovely and the location was brilliant. Breakfast each day was excellent wit lots of choice and the staff were so friendly and made you feel like you lived at the hotel and not just a paying guest. Will 100% stay here again on our next family visit to Naples.

The staff were very helpful and made suggestions wherever possible. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the hotel is near to everything so meeting tour guides, getting the best pizza and being near the train station - all positive.
