The hotel itself looks very new but the room we stayed had some furniture damaged. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. But Naples is a very very dirty city compared to other towns in Italy, meters away from the hotel you see tons of garbage…

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the morning breakfast and it was delicious!

We had a great stay! We Loved the spa and wellness center. We had amazing hot stone massages and spent time int he wellness center in the saunas.

Clean hotel is a bad neighborhood. The restaurant did not serve dinner until 8pm and with a 4am pickup this was frustrating. Pizza from room service was nothing special. With the neighborhood offering nothing food service should have wider hours.
