If you are expecting air conditioning in your room, go somewhere else. It is controlled by front desk and not in room. They did move us to a room on a lower floor as the heat in room was unbearable, so that was a positive, however we spent the night using wet hand towels to keep cool.
The mattress in our room was awful, way too hard.
The noise was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. As people were coming and going the sound travelled loudly throughout the hotel. We heard many conversations through the walls.
The positives were the location was close to Termini ( which also means it’s a little sketchy around the hotel). The breakfast buffet ( an added cost) was lovely with lots of options. The staff that helped us with our luggage was great- he was by far the friendliest of all the workers we encountered. At checkout the person on desk was very polite ( unlike the person who checked us in who was exceptionally short and ignorant).
