Generally good. Suggestions: Shelving in bathroom too narrow to place bags containing toiletries and no other counter space for it. Shower ok but could use a support bar. Parking lot entry and exit were confusing re where to tap card to lift gates

The staff was so kind and the gave me the booked for. It was so appreciated. My stay was pleasent despite the fact that the hotel was craweded. Thanks

breakfast was good the staff were wonderful.

The staff are very overworked but greeted us with a smile and grace anyways. These staff members are troopers as they were handed every bad experience To explain to their clients! Thank you to all the staff for making everything less heavy. Night one : fighting with our television so our children and us can watch a streamed movie together. Nothing was working on Bluetooth from our tv. Then lose power! Not to bady kids slept through it all. Day two morning: still trying to do tech get tv working. Go to front desk and they talk toe like I simply don't know what I am doing and never took a look. Night 2 Day 2: I politely go to front desk and remain there until they send someone to actually look. They send someone up, he said I dunno and left. Now my kids want to watch ourovoe spend family time but NOOOO , no one to help and unable to move us to another room. They send up finally my Hero Carlos, discovers the tv problem was the hotel's problem. Missing a piece somewhere along the line and it won't work and they can't and won't do nothing. I tipped the nice fella who gave me time. And our third and last moments we couldn't even use the amenities. My advice is do better Wyndam in investing on annual maintenance on your amenities! And give all these workers a better pay, they deal with far to many angry mobs based on lack of maintenance!!!

If I had 6 stars I’d give that but since I only have 5 this hotel deserves those. Firstly checking in was sincerely wonderful! The front desk employee was very kind and even remembered me personally from my previous stays. It truly made me feel like a valued customer, considering myself and family consistently book this specific hotel. The process of checking in was very easy going and truly made my day! Throughout the stay the other staff were very kind and friendly! The breakfast was spectacular as always, but I will have to say the employees assisting were also very kind and super helpful! Checking out was also a very nice experience, the employee checking us out also remembered me from previous stays; which again made me feel soo valued and noticed!! It is always a wonderful stay and to have great employees with exceptional customer service is what keeps me and my family coming back! :)
