Super situation. On a choisi cette location pour la fin de notre voyage parce que les chambres étaient plus grandes (vrai) un peu moins jolies, mais quand même avec un certain cachet japonais et bon propres. Tout est proche vraiment !

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Most of the staff members were helpful except for one person who was not friendly or enthusiastic with anyone at all. He must not like his job. The place was very clean. Room was cramped and had to re-arrnage thr very little furniture inside the room on a daily basis so me and the kids could move around the tiny room. Trash bins wer micro mini. Could barely hold anything. Both of their only two laundry machines were down during our stay there. The area is convenient - less than 10-minute walk to a subway station.

We stayed in a Japanese style double room, and it was definitely the right choice for us as the living room area gave use extra space for luggage and personal items. The beds were comfortable, and the additional pillow options in the lobby were essential to our good sleep. The staff was very helpful, and we received excellent luggage service. Complimentary early check in very standard in the US, but not in Japan. However, the staff happily took our luggage when we arrived and had everything waiting for us in the room when we checked in later that day. They even moved our refrigerated items from the house fridge to our personal in room refrigerator. The location is excellent, and there is a fantastic small coffee shop less than 5 minutes walk in the direction of the temple. It was our perfect daily start for a busy Tokyo itinerary. The temple itself is a very short walk from the hotel, and Asakusa station was a good gateway to the rest of the city. The Asakusa Line also serves as a through line for both airport rapid trains making this a great location from either airport.

Good hotel, within a five minute walk from the busy area of Asakusa. Has a nice ramen restaurant on the corner (less than a minute away.) Had laundry facilities, but I didn't use them, but nice they are there. The door is a bit puzzling the first time you arrive as it looks like a wall.

The rooms are a little small so be mindful of the square ft. This hotel only had two laundry machines so it did tend to get busy during the late night. Staff was professional and polite and attentive. Area was nice and quiet and easy to get to the station and had great amount of food options near by.

My family of four loved our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is very spacious and the amenities are very great! Next time we come to Japan, I would come back to this hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, appreciated their attentiveness. New towels and water were brought every day which was great !

Great amenities, loved the free coffee! The only issue was the room we stayed in, the washroom smelled like sewage.

Great hotel with excellent customer service, friendly and especially clean rooms. Convenient location to all public transport and shops. Would definitely recommend!
