We needed to make a last minute reservation and saw while reserving the room on Hotels.com that if we needed to cancel for any reason that we would be charged for the first night. The hotel and hotels.com wouldn’t uphold this policy and we needed to pay for whole stay. Very disappointed in both hotel and hotels.com the hole

Overall it is a nice place with convenient access to major transportations. The hotel is quite old in particular with in unit bathroom sink drainage that I need to pull out the knob to let water flow down. This is something needs to be looked into. Breakfast buffet is fine. We stayed for just one night just for next day activity planned in the area and location is good, with free parking included.

Empty in the mini bar. Strange smell on the carpet throughout the hotel. Seems never changed them since my last stay. Offered complimentary drink as per club policy but when I tried to redeem it,the floor one restaurant seemed never prepared for that, (without any ready clean cup) except carbonates cans to offer.the female responsibility at the restaurant entry desk stopped to me really rude when I tried to grab a chair to sit down, they wouldn't even treated a beggar like that.very sad.

In all over the hotel, their staff and all around was nice. Just the air conditioning system doesn't control the temperature, so it can happen it gets really cold over night. The gym requires an overhaul as the room is too sall and the equipment too less and old.
