Everything is in top condition. Just didnt like there is a smoking section right in the front door for anybody and everybody. We have to smoke second hand whenever we go in and come out or waiting. Other than this, Hanabi is a great place to stay at.

The hotel staffs were not really helpful and there was not enough amenities. The airport condition was not working great. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Easy check-in. It was a good experience to see the humbleness of traditional Japanese way of living. Room comes with 2 futons, smarr TV, small kitchenette and they change the towels everyday. Close to the main attractions in Shinjuku, which was the main purpose of our travel here. They also let us check-in a bit earlier. Thanks!

Clean room, minimalist. Friendly staff but they have 1 person doing everything at a time. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived, however, which was a bit stressful as we had just arrived from overseas and were tired,etc. We had to wait about 8 minutes.

Room was nice only problem was the toilet wasn’t the cleanest behind the lid and maybe could have had extra pillows other then that the staff were amazing and there is parking for a cost.

Really recommend, great for our just get oriented first few days! super convenient neighbourhood with all you need right there. Maybe that all of tokyo though idk. :)
